LONDON (Reuters) – Uber’s license to function in the northern English city of Sheffield was suspended final Friday after it failed to answer requests concerning the administration of its taxi app, the native authority stated.
The agency can proceed to function till Dec. 18 and if it chooses to attraction the suspension, it may possibly nonetheless run till that attraction is heard, Sheffield City Council stated in a press release on Thursday.
“If it decides against an appeal the suspension will come into force,” the council stated.
