LUBBOCK – Police are investigating a reported armed theft in which a man believes his rideshare driver might have aided two armed men early Tuesday in Central Lubbock.
At about 12:17 a.m., police responded to a report of a man who had been robbed in the 3600 block of 45th Street, based on a police report.
When police arrived, the man seemed to be “very distressed and shaken” as he informed officers he was robbed at gunpoint by two individuals and and his rideshare driver, who was recognized solely as a lady.
