DULUTH, Minn. – Rideshare providers will formally be allowed to function inside the metropolis of Duluth starting Thursday.
Uber and Lyft have already began hiring drivers and placing automobiles by way of required inspections. Neither firm has introduced an official launch date, however Duluth metropolis councilor Noah Hobbs tells us Lyft has filed all of the wanted paperwork to function within the metropolis, and expects they are going to be up and operating by this weekend.
Hobbs famous that Uber has not but filed their paperwork with the town.
FOX 21 has reached out to Uber, however has not heard something again relating to once they plan to begin providing experience share providers in Duluth.
