An Uber driver is accused of open and gross lewdness and is predicted to seem in courtroom Monday.
Paul Griffin, 28, of Malden, was arrested Sunday in Everett, police stated. He was charged with open and gross lewdness, lewd and lascivious conduct, failure to cease for police, reckless operation of a motorcar and resisting arrest.
A woman stated Griffin uncovered himself to her twice. She wrote down his license plate quantity and reported it to police Sunday, prosecutors stated.
Police stated he was not driving passengers on the time of the alleged incidents.
Griffin appeared in Malden District Court, the place he pleaded not responsible. He was held on $10,000 bail.
Uber stated the driver has been banned from working for the corporate.
