The city council will do some housekeeping on the rideshare agreements Thursday.
The proposal would extend rideshare agreements in San Antonio, but we’re not talking years, just weeks or months.
“We’re actually creating an extension so we can align all the rideshare companies to have the same end date of the pilot program,” Councilman Roberto Trevino told KTSA News.
The reason: not all the rideshare operating agreements started on the same date, so the program started a different times.
These extensions would simply align all the agreements to end on the same date; the city proposes that date be October 31st.
The council takes this up on Thursday.
